Global Africa CIES fosters Pan-African scholarship and policy innovation in education through:
Multilingual research and publications (English, French, Portuguese)
Biennial conferences bridging scholars, policymakers, and practitioners.
Training programs for gender equity and decolonial pedagogies.
Collaboration with institutions like Cornell University and the University of Johannesburg.
Officially admitted as a member society of WCCES, joining a global network of 40+ comparative education organizations. Strengthened collaboration with institutions like UNESCO and the African Union.
Digitized 1998–2004 editions of JEDIRAF, Africa’s premier bilingual journal of comparative education.
2023 Workshop Series: Mainstreaming Gender in African Education Systems. Trained 150+ policymakers and NGO leaders in collaboration with FAWE and UNESCO. Distributed the manual "Intégration permanente du genre dans les systèmes éducatifs" across 10+ Francophone nations.
